Our agreements with these suppliers made it easier for us to access unpublished rates, so customers can benefit from our professional services and the lowest prices on the market. AranGrant provides discounted air trip deals with the following airlines: Philippine Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Qatar Airways, Air China, Ethiopian Airlines, Iberia Airlines, Royal Air Maroc, Scandinavian Airlines, LOT Polish Airlines, El Al Airlines and Turkish Airlines, Delta Airlines, United Airlines, American Airlines, Air France, Lufthansa, British Airways, South African Airlines, Japan Airlines, Asiana Airlines, Korean Air, Cathay Pacific, Emirates Airlines, Swiss Airlines, Austrian Airlines, and others.
What should I know about Visa and Passport requirements?
You must have a valid passport when boarding your flight. Generally, however, the travel industry recommends that your passport be valid for at least six months after your travel date, as some airlines and some countries have a six-month rule. Visa requirements vary by country. We strongly recommend that you always check the travel regulations for travelers from your country of citizenship by contacting the local embassy or consulate of the destination country. Remember that obtaining a visa if necessary is your own responsibility. Be sure to check for visa and passport requirements for the countries involved in your itinerary as well as for your nationality. If you change airport it will no longer be considered a transit and you will have to check the applicable rules for a “regular” visa.
Is it possible to get a refund or exchange the tickets I have purchased with AranGrant?
In most circumstances, airlines require fares to be non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Nevertheless, if something happens and you need to cancel or postpone your trip, you can receive a refund or exchange, depending on the type of fare you have chosen. Ticket flexibility is often correlated with the price: the cheapest tickets are normally non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Tickets with higher prices are more expensive and provide more flexibility. In any case, there are some exceptions, so you should always check the fare conditions associated with your ticket with the travel specialist AranGrant. Airlines that allow exchanges or refunds may incur a penalty and handling agent fee, which your agent will name at the time of purchase. Penalties are governed by airline rules.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you’ll be able to cancel your booking and request a refund, however it is depending on the type of ticket you hold. The cancellation request must be submitted to AranGrant or directly to the airline company. If you decide to cancel the reservation within 24 hours after the ticket has been issued, there are no fees applied, even so this rule cannot be applied to rush flights. If the cancellation request is submitted later than 24 hours, then you’ll have to pay the fee required by the Airline. As a general rule, all bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to cancel your ticket, the airline will treat the ticket as a "No Show" and the ticket automatically loses its value; therefore cannot be exchanged or refunded. Note: If you have a paper ticket rather than an e-ticket, you must return the paper ticket to AranGrant Tickets before we can process any kind of refund or exchange.
What actions should I take to change, cancel, or return the purchased ticket?
If you want to change the flight details such as dates, destinations, or times, we will need to reissue your ticket again. In most circumstances, air carriers commission an air trip exchange fee as well as a processing fee will apply. At the same time, there could be a difference in airfares between the initial dates and the new travel dates. There are no online exchange procedures for tickets.
General rules to keep in mind:
- Tickets from one airline cannot be exchanged for another.
- Changing the name on the ticket or transferring the ticket to a third party is not possible (non-transferable).
- Tickets are typically non-redeemable unless you cancel your itinerary before the scheduled departure time of your original flight. This is called a no-show and the airline considers your ticket to be invalid and cannot be exchanged. (Note: most airlines require route cancellations 24 hours before the originally scheduled flight in order to preserve credit)
If you are considering cancellation or change, please contact our AranGrant specialists who will assist you with your request. Please note that cancellation policies vary based on fare type and airline policies. Technical Support Agents are available 24/7 to assist you with any request.
What if I miss my flight?
Missed flights are treated as "no show" by the carriers and are suspended right away. If you fail to attend your air trip by the scheduled time you should immediately contact your nearest airline support representative for assistance. Suspended tickets have no value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
If you see that you are late for your flight, you can also call the airline and discuss it with them directly. Depending on the representative, they may open the ticket for use on the next flight. AranGrant cannot renew tickets suspended by airlines.
What if my name/flight/fare is incorrect on my ticket?
AranGrant cancellation policy states you can cancel a ticket within 24 hours. During this time, you may contact AranGrant and add changes such as date/route/name modifications, but please note that such a change always demands the cancellation of your original booking and therefore we must rebook your flight, which may entail a price change (including its increase or a fare difference in the price.).
Can I transfer my tickets?
All tickets are non-transferable and name changes are not permitted.
What’s an e-ticket?
An e-ticket is an electronic version of conventional paper ticket. It represents an agreement of air transportation between the passenger and the airline company. Once you confirm and pay for your itinerary, an electronic ticket is issued and an electronic ticket file is attached to your reservation and can be accessed by the airline(s).
How is my ticket shipped and can I track it?
The major part of air transportation tickets emitted by AranGrant are electronic.
As soon as your e-tickets are processed, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address. It will have the following data listed: ticket number, booking numbers for each airline included in your reservation. This way you will be able to print the ticket and check the route. Please note that AranGrant is not accountable for lost or delayed tickets.
When will I receive my ticket?
An e-ticket confirmation will be emailed to you after AranGrant verifies your ticket issuing. If you have any problems with your ticket, please contact AranGrant and our specialist will help you.
Where can I view my itinerary?
The AranGrant travel experts will promptly email you the route; this being said, you can view and access your itinerary at any time by typing your six-digit booking number and last name on the airline's official website.
When are agents available?
We take an individual approach to satisfy any requirements of yours as well as all your needs, therefore we provide qualified technical support 24/7.
Can I buy a last minute ticket?
Of course - AranGrant specializes in last-minute discounted deals. We will probably find your ticket even a few hours before departure!
Are you selling open-ended tickets?
AranGrant henceforward does not sell flight tickets that allow passengers to control the travel schedule.
The majority of air carriers do not have this option available, yet you can be provided with something alike if you are ready to pay flexible or refundable fares.
