Lost / damaged baggage

Contact your carrier directly. AranGrant does not have admittance to airline baggage tracking systems and is not permitted to receive or process loss or damage reports to baggage on behalf of airlines.

This situation can only be handled by an airline representative since baggage tracking is an exclusively internal airline system. The best plan of measures, in this case, is to report the problem to Lost Baggage Support at the airport, where you may be asked to show baggage return tags and provide additional information depending on your case and the applicable protocol.

If your suitcases and/or bags are lost, please make sure that the airport representatives have valid contact information to contact you and a valid delivery address for your belongings. If your baggage has been damaged, inspect your belongings carefully and report any damage before leaving the airport (as you have compelling evidence).
