Generally, flight confirmations are sent out within 3 hours of payment authorization. If there are no emails from us in that interval, please check the ‘Spam’ folder of the email account provided on the purchase form. (Sometimes algorithms may mistakenly label our messages as unsolicited mail.) If that does not yield any results, please check with your Travel Expert to make sure we have your correct email address on file.
